Compatibility & Connection

CarPlay / Android Auto Support

• For iPhone: Select CarPlay mode in the DVR menu and connect directly using the phone’s CarPlay function.

• For Android: Select Android Auto mode and download the Android Auto app from the Google Play Store.

Wi-Fi Connection (Viidure App)

1. Enable Wi-Fi in the DVR menu.

2. Note the Wi-Fi SSID and password displayed on the screen.

3. Open the Viidure app on your phone and connect to the DVR’s Wi-Fi signal.

4. Control the dash cam, download videos, and adjust settings directly from the app.

Important Notes

• Power Supply: Use only the included car charger. Powering the dash cam via USB data cable may cause voltage instability and potential damage.

• Vehicle Compatibility: Designed for 12V systems. For 24V vehicles, use a 24V-to-12V converter.

• Memory Cards: Use high-speed Class 10 or above TF cards for stable 4K recording.

• Rear Camera: Only Acceo’s original rear camera is guaranteed to function correctly with this dash cam model.
